Coventry-based Inkfish Services has moved its Down Stream Access contract for the work it carries out on behalf of Domestic & General (D&G) to UK Mail. The contract, which is for the supply postal services for D&G’s annual 47m warranty mailings, was previously with the Royal Mail.
As Commercial Director, Jason Langford-Brown, explains. ‘UK Mail gives a guarantee of a two day delivery and our tests with them have supported this claim. This means that D&G can be more effective at forecasting the arrival of mailings and thus the impact on their in-house call centres who deal with the response generated. In addition to these operational efficiencies, UK Mail’s good account management provided an unbeatable reason for the selection of a new DSA provider.’
Steve Patrick, Managing Director of UK Mail added ‘UK Mail is delighted to have won this very significant contract with Domestic & General. We envisage a long and highly successful relationship with mutual benefits for both businesses.”
