Inkfish services mailing house, currently based at Crosspoint Business Park, Coventry
will be re-locating late Spring 2004 to Prologis Business Park, Kersley, Coventry.

A new 56,000 sq. ft building will replace the existing 11,000 sq. ft mailing site, and will offer
increased facilities including high speed polywrapping and A4 insertion. It will also enable
us to increase our mailing capacity from 60 million to 150 million mailings (1,800 million
impressions) per annum.

The new mailing site is just 5 miles away from our existing site, North of Coventry, and is close
to the M6 motorway and other major junctions.

Work on the new site is now underway and on schedule for completion and opening of the
new site.
