Inkfish Services Chief Operating Officer, Steve Garbett, has announced that Inkfish’s Coventry site has recently gained the important internationally recognised ISO 9001 quality standard. To attain the standard, the site underwent a rigorous accreditation process from an independent certification body. This involved an assessment in all areas of the business processes to ensure that they are robust, understood and used by all personnel and that the Company embraces a culture of continuous improvement through measurement of performance in all areas of the business.

Garbett says, ‘More and more of our existing and potential customers now regard having the ISO standard as a basic requirement of our operational process. This development is, therefore, an important step in the drive to gain valuable new accounts. It provides a guarantee to prospective customers that Inkfish Services can provide a robust, manageable and measurable solution for the handling and management of client data and all associated output, fulfilment and distribution’.
